During our test drives we were given ample time to try out the vehicle and the salesman even suggested routes to take to give us the most accurate sense of its performance qualities. The only issue was that they could not find the second key for the car we bought and had to order one. When we came in to pick up the ordered key we found that they had been sent the wrong key and another had to be ordered. Stuff happens. More

The rest of the story is too long and tiresome to go into here - I've already told it to three people at the dealership and the only one who really cared what the Service Manager. The other two, Brandon and Spencer, really didn't want to resolve anything, especially Spencer. By the time I was finished talking to him I was so angry I hung up on him. I do recommend Hyundai vehicles - I just don't plan on going back to this dealership or buying a car there ever again. Positive Experience I've purchased several vehicles over the years and have never had such a positive experience as I had at Roseville Hyundai. The sales person was extremely knowledgable about the car I was interested in, spent a great deal of time with me explaining and reviewing details about the car, and there was absolutely no pressure from any of the staff at the dealership. It was a very positive experience. An area of improvement for the dealership, from my point of view, would be the amount of time it takes to go through the entire purchasing process. From the test drive, to signing finance docs, and locating the exact car I wanted took 7 hours. In my opinion, much too long but it was made bearable by the sales associate purchasing lunch for me.
