I was happy to get into the 2018 Chevy Equinox. We were assured that all the services on it were up to date. We even purchased a 3000 dollar warranty. I’ve driven the vehicle 100 miles and have We were assured that all the services on it were up to date. We even purchased a 3000 dollar warranty. I’ve driven the vehicle 100 miles and have found out through my mechanic that the major 100, 000 service was not done and is 5000 miles past due. The cost is 1000 dollars. We’ve tried numerous times to ask Kia if they would do this much needed Service. There yet to return our calls or emails. The warranty is worthless if the maintenance is not kept up on the vehicle. I feel they were fraudulent in not disclosing that this service was not done and selling us a warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on. I’m still hoping that maybe they will service the transmission and brakes and replace the spark plugs to make this right. More

Disappointed that they obviously broke my hood latch while replacing engine and refuse to take responsibility for it and fix it, so they let me leave with a faulty hood latch, that’s real safe!
