Good experience Had our first service on our 2018 Camry. Service advisor was professional and facility was amazing. Only challenge I had was if you ask if you want a complimentary wash and the customer says yes then you should wash the vehicle. Not let them know it’s ready (wait 15 minutes to bring up) and then tell them it will be another 30 minute wait if they want it washed. This was early on a Sunday so maybe it’s just an isolated situation. More
