Waited almost 3 hours at dealership and then told wrong part ordered. Sam from Service Dept handed me free oil change certificate which was appreciated. Been waiting since September 2021 for Part. Once Col part ordered. Sam from Service Dept handed me free oil change certificate which was appreciated. Been waiting since September 2021 for Part. Overall check in , service and pick up went well. The absolute WORST car buying experience of my life. It took 7 HOURS to purchase the car. They had no problem making me miss some hours at work just to have me sit around. BLAKE MONTGOMERY in sales i It took 7 HOURS to purchase the car. They had no problem making me miss some hours at work just to have me sit around. BLAKE MONTGOMERY in sales is a professional liar. He lied numerous times about warranties and things that were done to the car. He said the car had been detailed, I found food under the seat two days after getting the car. The AC was broken on the car, there were squeaks coming from the trunk. The battery was only at 6% health. After all these issues I questioned if the 170-point inspection was even done, they refused to do another inspection on the car. Blake came to my job to pressure me to sign paperwork at 11 pm. Blake then did not respond to numerous emails questioning him about the car. BOBBY FIRTH is the same way just ghosted me and tried to tell me a gas car has regenerative braking? FRANKLIN TORRES in finance also did not respond to any emails. When I finally showed up in person because they were not returning calls and emails Franklin said you have to get things in writing. Basically saying we lie so you have to have proof of the things we say. Very unprofessional people in sales, they are all liars and will say/do anything to make a little money. Service on the other hand was great and I highly recommend them. I will never buy a car from them again. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM ROSEVILLE TOYOTA. More
My experience dealing with Romeo in Sales with regards to buying my leased vehicle was very low pressure, even after he made me aware of the large amount of equity was in my Tundra Crewmax. Romeo asked if I buying my leased vehicle was very low pressure, even after he made me aware of the large amount of equity was in my Tundra Crewmax. Romeo asked if I wanted that equity to be placed toward a new vehicle and I said no because I love my 2019 Tundra better than the new 2022’s. I told Romeo I was a long time member of Schools First Federal Credit Union and wanted to finance through that institution instead of Toyota Financial Services (TFS) so I could get the lowest interest rate and he did what I wanted. Also a special thanks to Lori Gillian in Finance and Robert Firth in sales for making sure I had the best experience possible in buying out my leased Tundra Crewmax. I recently lost my new car salesman at Roseville Toyota due to retirement but Linh Nguyen (retired) definitely referred me to to best people possible. I asked one salesman how life at work was without Linh and his response was immediate. He told me “I miss him dearly and when i would get stressed out, Linh was my rock and could put things in perspective very quickly calm me down.” I left there completely happy knowing the team looked out for my best financial interest. I will definitely recommend Roseville Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used car and specially to my family and friends! Thank you Team Roseville Toyota!
