Scheduling an appointment does not always help for timeliness as you are told they are backed up. Lastly when I ask for a wash it is just a rinse. When the service writer calls stating the vehicle is ready, I go out to the valet and told my truck was not washed and I have to wait another 10 or so minutes. More
