I've talked to at least 2 different people about a certain vehicle and I still haven't recieved the pictures I've requested. I really wanted to make a purchase but at this point even if they did come certain vehicle and I still haven't recieved the pictures I've requested. Their customer service today was horrible. I was asked by the representative if I was would be waiting for my car and I confirmed that I would be waiting in the lobby. I received a called from a weird number at about 7:45am, and then another 40 mins went by and I asked if my car was ready by another representative and he replied with “it’s been ready “. I got there at 6:40am with a 7am appointment and did not leave until 8:40am. No one attempted to come find me, even though I was maybe 10 feet away sitting down and no other curtesy call was made. This is extremely frustrating and I didn’t get an apology or some type of “sorry, I should have called you again or sorry for the inconvenience”. Even worse was that my original representative came back and was doing nothing but sitting down and relaxing. It was even busy! More

I actually enjoy taking my Rav 4 to Roseville Toyota for general maintenance. Cory and his team are terrific. Cory always keeps me informed as to the status of vehicle.
