Their customer service today was horrible. I was asked by the representative if I was would be waiting for my car and I confirmed that I would be waiting in the lobby. I received a called from a weird number at about 7:45am, and then another 40 mins went by and I asked if my car was ready by another representative and he replied with “it’s been ready “. I got there at 6:40am with a 7am appointment and did not leave until 8:40am. No one attempted to come find me, even though I was maybe 10 feet away sitting down and no other curtesy call was made. This is extremely frustrating and I didn’t get an apology or some type of “sorry, I should have called you again or sorry for the inconvenience”. Even worse was that my original representative came back and was doing nothing but sitting down and relaxing. It was even busy! More

The worst experience I’ve ever had. First they tried to get me to purchase a car that was the wrong color and not what I wanted…then They allowed me to almost completely purchase a vehi First they tried to get me to purchase a car that was the wrong color and not what I wanted…then They allowed me to almost completely purchase a vehicle (I was there until midnight) but the vehicle was a curtesy delivery car? They didn’t tell me this until I was due to pick the car up the next day. Whatever that means. Then I was ensured that I would have the car I wanted on the next delivery…I talked to the manager every day for updates and then the car arrived, I took the rest of the day off work because he said I needed to come ASAP so that I could purchase the car….I’m 5 minutes away from the dealership and he calls me and said that his co worker sold the car to someone else!!! I would never ever recommend this place and come to find out, many people have had horrible experiences here as well. I ended up buying the car I wanted for more money and waited but it was worth it because they were so nice and genuine…Roseville Toyota should be closed down. More
