Service Department billed 4 services on 9/21/2021 wiping out my Toyoguard Extended warranty. Their service advisor took pictures of my service record showing this occurred. It’s been 2 years and at least 5 out my Toyoguard Extended warranty. Their service advisor took pictures of my service record showing this occurred. It’s been 2 years and at least 5 cases at Toyota and it’s still not resolved. I need my services I purchased the warranty and they stole them billing them all when service was not done. Less than one star I’ve purchased 8 Toyotas in 23 years. Never again. They are the worst. Broke my lug nuts and charged me. Service department bills your warranty when you weren’t even there. More
Everytime i get my service done at Roseville Toyota i am delightfully reminded of the fact that my car, this dealership and its awesome employees are the reason that doing business here is probably the smar delightfully reminded of the fact that my car, this dealership and its awesome employees are the reason that doing business here is probably the smartest purchase i have ever made, The professionalism in this place is unreal, and people genuinely seem to really love their jobs. I have issues with this dealership in the past, that were resolved satisfactory. I just a little concerned that on my last visit (12/12/23) my tire presure light was on, so I figured after they service the v resolved satisfactory. Brought to the attention of my service rep, was told my mechanic would go away, just drive it for a while. This is the second day of driving it for a while, with the light still on, and now I need to plan time to reschedule an appointment. I just feel like it should have been dealt with the first time. Time is something that is precises to me, never knowing what I have left on the clock. More
