It took over 2 hours for an oil change and I was the first car in that morning. They said that they had to wait for an air filter from the part store, should have sent someone on staff to go and pick it first car in that morning. My last visit i had an 0800 appt, was 2nd in line at the gate when my sevice advisor opened it.cars flooded around me and got in line ahead of me, all 5 of them did not have an appt. As she told us to be pa gate when my sevice advisor opened it.cars flooded around me and got in line ahead of me, all 5 of them did not have an appt. As she told us to be patient she checked in 2 9f them and told me to wait you can forget getting any more business from me even tho the service was fast, rest assured i let her know that was complete xxxxxxxxx! The only good advisor you have is Ron so if he is not running the show you can forget my return, i can go back to hwy 90 More
