I was surprised to hear they no longer provide rides to customers who need to leave when getting an oil change. I had my two small children with me and we had to sit and wait. My truck has been in the service department since January 8 2026 and as of march 2 2026 they still haven’t been able to fix it. I have no vehicle to drive and this dealership doesn’t offer a loaner car and t 8 2026 and as of march 2 2026 they still haven’t been able to fix it. I have no vehicle to drive and this dealership doesn’t offer a loaner car and the warranty does a reimbursement of a rental vehicle up to 60$ a day but unfortunately I don’t have that kind of money since I still have to pay the financing for the truck. Have to be honest, I will never go back to this dealership to buy a new car or use the service center. Took my van in on Monday at 8:15 A.M. and that's when the fun started. My husband and I called three times to get updated on what was wrong and no one returned our call. We even stopped by around 4 P.M. and no one could tell us what was up with the van. Well finally on Tuesday around 4 P.M. we get a call about what is wrong with the van. They did fix it but it took until Wednesday to get our van back. Either way the customer service is a joke and no one seems to be in a hurry at this place. I can see now why the dealership just changed hands. Good luck turning this place around Ross Downing. More
I did not get a real clear reason why I need done what the said I did. He said I didn’t take care of my van when it comes to service. That is quite contraire! I keep it serviced. You folks have even worked in it in the past. If he had looked it up he would have known it. He also contradicted himself on my oil. He said it was leaking oil all over the place. I know for a fact I have no oil leaks. There has never been oil under my van. It doesn’t burn oil and has been low on oil. I generally take it to UJ and get it serviced but I thought I would try you out. He said my oil was low and that’s why the engine was stopping. That made no sense to me because no lights on the dash. He then said doesn’t mean anything. Then when I picked it up the van and I had no work done on it, he said the oil level was fine and didn’t do any oil changes because it was still good but they still replaced the sticker in the windshield anyway. I took it to another shop and they looked at everything. They said oil was fine. Before I left your shop I did ask the guy really why was the van dying and he finally said it was a loose battery cable. The real issue with the noise was the power steering fluid just needed to be replaced. I took it somewhere and they did it for $100. He was trying to sell me $4000 in work that did not need to be done. More

This time the hood wasn’t closed and a bunch of leaves were in the engine compartment clogged a couple of rubber lines. 1st time a asked for a tire rotation with my oil change, was done and had to make a second trip because it had not been done and I paid for it. I don’t have issue with the actual services, buts the little things that that keep happening cause doubt and trust issues. With the hood not being closed, at least 2 people had to see that big Red indicator before it was parked in the pick up lot… More
I'm still trying to get the money owed to me from my trade since October 22, 2025, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism as I have with Encore. They messed up in their end and now tells me that in order for me to get the money they owe me, is to sign a W-9 form and pay the taxes on it. Not to mention, I was told that the dealership had to sale a vehicle in order to get my money, that I would get it on that sale, which I never did get , because I'm not signing as W-9 Form. I had to go to the dealership two or three times to sign paperwork. They have run me through the ringer on my sale. I can't even go there for my warranty and maintenance work because I truly don't trust them. They say they will call you back and never answer their phones and emails. I'm in shock that some of the stuff they do they get away with. But I'm not going to just let this pass without reporting this to officials.. More
