I can't say enough good things about this dealership- they go above and beyond and TRULY care about the customer. The customer had a nail in a part of the tire that is not recommended, for safety reasons, to repair. They didn't rotate the tires on that side of the vehicle because it wasn't safe to drive with the damaged tire in the front. Rossi chose safety over price, and that wasn't what the customer wanted. In fact, the dealer himself communicated with the customer and stated that he would rather have the customer be angry because of the decision based on safety than have the customer experience a tire failure, or worse an accident. I respect a dealer who is concerned for my safety, even if that means losing a customer! Great dealership!!! More

Brought Tahoe in for car service, due to slow leak and oil change. Ask that they rotate tires in addition. Service guy Jeremy advised that I had a nail in my left rear tire and that I needed to replace t oil change. Ask that they rotate tires in addition. I called my husband, and he told me to come home after the oil is changed and tires are rotated. My husband took my Tahoe to a local tire service and he told the service guy to look at the tire. He called Rossi to find out where they rotated the tire. Rossi service said they moved to left front. My husband told the mechanic and he looked at the tire but it was fine. He called me back and told me that the nail was not found in the left front. We thought then that Rossi didn't rotate the tire and that they lied about the 39.95 special oil change and tire rotation. Sure enough the nail was in the same tire before going to Rossi. They had lied. It turns out that the pin hole was 2 inches before the edge and that a patch would work well for $24.00 vs a new tire for $213.00. Not only did they try and sell me an overpriced tire, but they lied about the tire rotation. I have been going there for years with my family cars, we have bought three cars from them, and after that experience, I will never buy or give them service. The end reputation for Rossi is that they are cheaters and liars! Don't go to Rossi in Washington you will be lied to and cheated!!!! More
