I have found that most complaints are due to the way things are said or explained, and for that I am sorry. Jessica did a poor job explaining things thoroughly and that is unacceptable at our dealership. I have discussed your situation with her to keep anything like this from happening in the future. Our goal is to make your service experience stress free and easy, but in your case, we really let you down. I would be more than happy to reimburse you of the $35.00 you were charged and would also like to provide your next oil change, on me.
