Roswell Honda

I will never take my car in again for a check engine light. They charge $115.00 just to find out what the engine light came on for. They tell me they will wave the fee if you have them fix whatever the light. They charge $115.00 just to find out what the engine light came on for. They tell me they will wave the fee if you have them fix whatever the problem is. However in my situation the engine light was due to a fuel tank leak and they tested the fuel cap and found it to be leaking ( wasnt holding pressure). So because of this and there being no labor to put on a new fuel cap they wanted to charge me $35.00 for a new cap and the $115.00 for diagnose fee after they told me they would wave the fee. How do they feel they can charge 115.00 for a diagnose test. I would not recommend this dealership if all you have is a check engine light on. More

I have a 2002 Honda CRV & this dealer has done all service work on this vehicle, including purchase of tires. I have always been treated with the upmost respect, not only by the people in the service service work on this vehicle, including purchase of tires. I have confidence in them that if they suggest additional work, I do not question them, but believe it is necessary. I recently just had the timing belt package service done to my 1999 Prelude. Chris was by far the best service advisor I had ever spoken to. I brought in a Honda Civic to have work done and Chris could not of been more helpful and friendly during the entire process.
