All I can say is BEST EXPERIENCE EVER buying a car. I contacted the dealership online inquiring about a 2020 Q60 and Erin contacted me right away. A few days later I came in to test drive and she was so contacted the dealership online inquiring about a 2020 Q60 and Erin contacted me right away. A few days later I came in to test drive and she was so nice and friendly and accommodating as was all of the staff. Erin was awesome! We drove up from Chattanooga to purchase a car. The car we were originally interested in had just been sold but Erin jumped right in. She accessed our needs and wants in a vehicle a purchase a car. The car we were originally interested in had just been sold but Erin jumped right in.
