I was very impressed with Stefany, who ultimately sold us the car. She helped make one of the more stressful times of making a large purchase simple and virtually pain free. Every employee we encountered at Roswell Infiniti were upbeat, friendly and helpful, without the feeling of being pushed into a purchase, unlike the many other "luxury" dealerships we visited. We love our new car and couldn't be anymore pleased with the entire experience. Additionally, the mats weren't in the car and when I contacted Stefany, she quickly ordered some and had them sent to my home hassle free. I really appreciated not having to go to the dmv, or anywhere else besides Infiniti as they took care of everything for us! The vehicles are amazing and the service we received from Stefany at Roswell Infiniti went above and beyond all our expectations. More

I was given a fair price upfront and most of the discussion/time was around picking colors and features and looking at cars on the lot. This is also the only Infiniti dealership in Atlanta that responded properly to my initial internet inquiry. I asked for specific information and pricing and Kristen Chernik provided everything I needed. I think this is the only dealership in Atlanta that understands how to deal with the Internet channel. Other dealerships just pestered me for my phone number and never provided the requested info. Stephany Duncan was my sales person and was courteous and easy to work with. There were no typical car dealership games of trying to wear you down or "bait and switch' She only needed to check with her sales manager once on the value of my trade in. Her focus was on getting the right car for me (as opposed to selling me something). Adrienne Briant was my finance contact. She was also courteous and easy to work with. She had everything organized and all of the numbers were accurate. All I had to do was sign. And the whole process only took a few hours. As I said in my title, this is what a car buying experience should be! More
