It really was wonderful Rusty was our sales person and he was really quite wonderful. I never thought I would be so entertained. His personality is unique, memorable and fun. He went over all of the car's features in a fun and memorable way... It was THE best car sales experience we've ever had. The car is wonderful of course. The facility was clean and appealing, the staff was very friendly. Rusty gave us a tour and introduced us to the service people and showed us the customer lounge offered us refreshments and made a point to tell us that Infiniti provides lender cars when appropriate. We went to the dealership several times, Rusty was always patient and helpful, he offered us some of his famous Turkish coffee- which was pretty good! (instant). I have already talked up Roswell Infiniti and Rusty to my friends. We would definitely buy from Rusty again. More
Fraud - Infiniti Never again!!! Never again a Infiniti.... What a worst experience I had with a Inifiniti dealer. I am a Toyota customer from last couple of years. Now, I want Never again a Infiniti.... What a worst experience I had with a Inifiniti dealer. I am a Toyota customer from last couple of years. Now, I want to try Premium Car so I went to this dealership "Roswell INFINITI of North Atlanta". I was looking for a "PreOwned Certified Q50". I picked a car, we agreed on a price including all the taxes and fees. We wanted to deposit a personal check, get the check from the bank, then exchange that check with my personal check in 2 days. They said, they have to have a backup contract and run a credit check for identity verification. They ran the credit check and they asked for the co-signer. Since my bank loan is already approved with another bank, I didn't want to add a co-signer and add more complexity. So we came back home, my bank asked for a quote from Dealer, so they can ship the check for the necessary amount. Here comes the shady part of the dealer They increased the price by $200 and said, taxes are shown wrong in the price we agreed earlier. So we went to the dealership now, and asked them to explain the diference in the first quote and the second quote and finance guy says, taxes are corrected. He also says, if he has seen that first quote earlier, he might have fixed it. Really? You ran the credit check and applied for a loan with Inifiniti without even checking the price and taxes on the car? What kind of finance guy are you? We are patiently listening to whatever he is saying and finally he lost his patience and started saying 'I cannot do anything, you may leave now' If the taxes are quoted wrong by your employee, why should a customer be responsible for? Is the difference between both the quotes several thousand dollars? Then I agree, no dealer wants to sell a car for a loss. But, difference between both the quotes is $200 and you want customer to pay for it, because your employee did a mistake? Right way to do this You might adjusted the numbers for that $200 , treated the customer well, and then you might have explained your employee 'how to calculate taxes on a car? What really bothers me is? Finance guy Samuel D. Szücs (Mr Samuel Szucs) says he didn't see the quote, but he ran a loan application and also ran a credit check. He is so arrogant and asked me to leave, because other customers might be effected. If you don't know how to handle a customer who wants to buy, why bother about future sales and growth? What kind of fraud are you? You don't want to believe me, I have all the proofs to share. Never Never again with Inifiniti. Roswell INFINITI More
Best Buying Experience!!! No Xanax needed!!! My husband and I went to look at a specific car we saw online. We had already pre-qualified for a loan and had completed our research on what we were buying. The price on the vehicle was well below what other dealers were asking. As soon as we stepped out of our car, Rick met us with a smile and handshake. I DO NOT like salespeople or buying cars and immediately told him which vehicle we wanted to look at. He returned quickly with keys and showed us the vehicle and went on a test drive. During the drive, Rick was very friendly. My husband and I really felt like we were hanging out with a member of our family! I did have some concerns how the day would go, as I forgot to take my Xanax for the day :-) and our last buying experience many years ago, at a different dealership, was absolutely horrible. I really thought the day was going to be quite stressful. Absolutely NOT! The was the easiest and most laid back buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Rick takes his job seriously, as a professional should, and wants to help you get what you want without the high pressure sales attitude of many salespeople! From the time we arrived at the dealership to the time we drove off with our "new" used car was only a couple of hours. We felt relaxed through the entire process. Derrick the finance guy was spot on as well. He to, was friendly and professional. He had everything ready for us and was not pushy when trying to sell the add on protections. The extras we did purchase were reasonably priced and we received discounts on the ones we did choose! As I stated before, I was prequalified with a particular lender already. They asked if it was okay to try to get me a better deal on financing and they did! Derrick was able to get me a full point lower on the interest rate than my prequal offer. All of this and I was literally with Derrick for maybe 20-30 minutes! That is quick! If you are wanting a new or used vehicle this is definitely the place to go. I would suggest asking for Rick if you want a low pressure, laid back buying experience! When we choose to buy another vehicle we will definitely be hitting Rick up again at Roswell Infiniti! Absolutely the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever dealt with and between the two of us, we have bought several cars. I can't say enough about this dealership! More

I let him know upfront what it would take to get me into another Infiniti and he favorably responded with a win/win deal. He always responded promptly to my e-mails, phone calls and questions with a positive and doable attitude. I will be highly recommending Rusty and Roswell Infiniti to my friends as the place to shop for their next new or used vehicle. A great experience ! Additionally, a further detail with my contract needed to be resolved and Rusty and Bill Gray worked together with such professionalism to resolve the matter. A great job on their parts and I'm very grateful for their efforts. Prior experiences with my first Infiniti were positive as well , but Rusty sealed the deal as Roswell Infiniti being my dealer of choice ! More

Went in for an oil change and came out with a new car I brought in my old Infiniti G37 IPL for regular maintenance in the express shop. I had noticed a delay with the paddle shifters and had a tire warnin I brought in my old Infiniti G37 IPL for regular maintenance in the express shop. I had noticed a delay with the paddle shifters and had a tire warning message. I asked the express shop if they could look at the alignment as that had been an issue in the past for me. They recommended talking with the service manager in the main building to see if they could look at the issues after the oil was changed. I walked over to the service desk and was immediately directed to someone(I believe his name was Mike but I'm not sure about that). He was very courteous and interested in getting my issues resolved immediately with the G37. They quickly put the car on the computer to see if a firmware update could resolve the paddle issue. However, there wasn't one available for my model year and about that time I got the results from the alignment check which it was out again. I was starting to get that feeling that the car may be needing more maintenance than I was willing to put into it and I asked Mike if they had a similar car to the G37 IPL. He took me over to the Q60 Red Sport 400 on the showroom floor and told me about a a few things on it. It was very nice but the color was black and I really wanted something a little different. Mike excused himself and went back to assist other customers and I continued to look at the car while waiting for the oil change to be done. Rushdi(Rusty) Rabia happen to walk out on the floor and noticed no one was helping me and he asked if I had any questions. I explained my story and told him what I liked about my IPL. He mentioned they had another Q60 Red Sport 400 on the lot that was Sunstone Red and he would pull it around for me to look at. The car was beautiful and after the test drive I was hooked. Rusty was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the features that the Q60 Red Sport 400 had in common with the IPL. From there, the negotiation on price and a trade-in value was very straight forward. There was very little haggling involved and I used TrueCar to get a since of what value the cars were selling at. Rusty was very helpful in closing the deal and making sure any concerns I had were addressed. He offered me his secret deal closer which is Turkish coffee and I knew I was leaving with a new car after that. Bill Gray handled my financing and there was a small blip with Nissan not wanting to honor an interest rate for this particular car. Bill handled this issue with outstanding professionalism and found another lender with similar rates and discounted the car to match what I was originally told for the interest rate and even a bit over that just for the trouble. True colors show when you have problems and I saw honesty, integrity and the willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy their customer. I'll definitely be back to buy another car in the future and I will only get my service done here. Thanks Bill and Rusty. I love my new car! More
