I contacted David regarding an unknown issue with my vehicle, and he was able to have the issue addressed the same day. David was able to maintain open communication throughout the entire time my car was in service, and he also ensured that I understood the appropriate next steps with my vehicle. I greatly appreciate how Infiniti was able to have my vehicle fixed in a timely manner, and also the professionalism that David exhibited.
