I just purchased a new Infiniti Fx35 and could not be more pleased. I initiated contact first through email and was very pleased with Alan Corbett's quick and informative response. I was so pleased with the staff and their prompt attention. Don went above and beyond and saw that I got the car I not only wanted, but he also accepted my offer and I was not pressured in any way. My husband was very pleased and that says a lot. I drove home in my new Infiniti and had to leave my husband's Chevrolet on their lot. In fact, since my husband can no longer drive, Roswell Infiniti delivered my husband's truck to our home! What a blessing, as I was having some difficulty finding someone available to help me get it home. I highly recommend this Dealership and I will be going back when the time comes for another vehicle. Pricing was fair and the sales staff was direct and friendly. Obviously there is a different level of support if you purchase a dealer certified vehicle, but overall I feel that Roswell Infiniti - with just a little prompting - provided a good level of support after the sale. I get great service on my Infiniti there and, now that the dust has settled, I am satisfied with the purchase experience I had with a used car as well. More
