Great Service It was a great service. I had a warning message on my dashboard in the morning and went to Infiniti Roswell. Chris Hansen took care of my vehicle and It was a great service. I had a warning message on my dashboard in the morning and went to Infiniti Roswell. Chris Hansen took care of my vehicle and provided me a loaner. My car stayed there 4-5 days and i learned they replaced my transmission and charged me ZERO dollar for that because of my vehicle's extended warranty. I bought my vehicle from Roswell Infiniti thanks Rushdi for offering me the extended warranty. Invoice was $22,000 for the repair and it cost me zero. Thanks More

Bruce provided his assistance on selection of tires for my QX60. Bruce called before my arrival at dealer and said he may not been there but paperwork was ready and it was. In and out in a loaner in 15 minutes. He later called and stated car was ready. Returned to the dealer with new tires and a great wash on the exterior and some minor on the interior.
