I have been into Rothrock Nissan for numerous car issues - alternator, windshield wiper switch, automatic window switch, and oil changes - for a '97 Nissan Altima. LisaMarie was one of the friendliest people I've ever met in the auto industry. Once she arranged my service, she took the time for some personal chit chat which definitely made my wait time less of an issu in the auto industry.
