In all those years and all those purchases, the only buying experience I've had that was as good as what I had at Round Rock Nissan was a Ford dealership in Durham NC 33 years ago. There were *no* hassles, *no* pressure, *no* surprises, *no* nonsense. If they treat their other customers the way they treated me -- and there's no reason to think they don't -- Round Rock Nissan is absolutely the place to go. More
Called to check on a repair status on my car that was dropped off by the towing company, Dealership had no clue where the car was. Had to call back to tell the gentleman to go look in his lot and finally dropped off by the towing company, Dealership had no clue where the car was. Had to call back to tell the gentleman to go look in his lot and finally he comes back saying oh yes sir it’s here. Brand new vehicle less than 2 years old, broke down in the middle of no where at Sonora TX with a check engine light on and a malfunction sensor. Billed me $501 for a part that should have been covered under warranty. When asked the repair sales guy, he laughs it off by saying it’s a defective part. More
