Issue with entertainment center resolved, but seemed to have been resolved by chance. A wrong cable was shipped and couldn’t be installed, but merely changing out the faulty radio seemed to have corrected have been resolved by chance. Jonathan, Michael and Bryan were all so caring and empathetic. After being stranded on the side of the highway with my 3 kids due to a sensor issue in our Tahoe we were towed in to Roundtree Chevrole empathetic. I can’t tell you what a relief it was to have Jonathan waiting for us and so very helpful. He didn’t waste a minute and diagnosed the issue quickly.
