The service manager told me to shop somewhere else today- says they are proud of adding on tack on fees. Was told an oil change would cost $59 plus tax. The bill was $59 plus $22.50 for shop supplies plus t says they are proud of adding on tack on fees. Was told an oil change would cost $59 plus tax. The bill was $59 plus $22.50 for shop supplies plus tax and that it was the new law, that they had to charge me for that. Shop fees were- disposal of oil / waste and rags. I asked why it was so much and he told me, that it is what it is. Service manager name - Kevin Lott. More
