She went into the cashier booth and put paperwork in front of me and said sign here here, and here didn't offer any explanation as to what I was signing so I started reading it and she breathed hard as if it was annoying her and quickly said basics of what the paperwork was, I continued to read she dropped her pen on the counter, when I finished reading, my husband asked if y'all offered a military discount and she ripped up the paperwork said yeah I'll have to start over, gimme a minute and she stomped away. Came back with new papers and said sign the places again. Then we had a question about something under the hood she came over and said what is the problem? Well came across a deal about month later went to trade it in at Lexus but that was stopped in it's tracks there was a lein reported on the Title for Gm Financial. GM Financial had no records of this lein on my vehicle or Vin. Also i know the electronic PAPERWORK I SIGNED SAID NONE in the Leinholders name place. That's where the games began and charade started. Everyone was flat out gaslighting me to death. I argued with the dealership with Gm Financial over and over for 3 weeks the sales man was amazing tried everything he could to help me The manager with promises it was fixed and ive have my title in 14 days well 20 goes by more calls and run around. But those sleezy car sales managers tried everything to play down the situation. Well I'm out time, money aggravation loss of deal of lifetime at lexus. Not until I showed up to the dealership loosing my xxxx and explaining the situation to everyone would listen in front of other customers. I was demanding a free and clear title or a 100% refund. The sad part was nobody really knew how to fix the problem nor was a refund even considered. I literally had to tell the sales manager.
