Appt 830am on Saturday for oil change. Scheduled as “wait at dealership for vehicle.” 1.5 hours later with no follow up. Had to find advisor for update. I understand busy morning but if the scheduled appts are not on schedule, the customer should be informed immediately on process. I’ve been using Chevrolet for years.
