They have contacted me several times about trading my car, but when I go in to look at new models they don’t seem inclined to offer any deals. It’s just “here it is, take it or leave it at our price. Needless to say I just leave it. The service department on the other hand is first rate. They always accommodate me and go out of their way to exceed my expectations. More

You better pack a lunch After checking in how I asked how long my weight was going to be. I was told it was only going to be about an hour after sitting there for 30 minutes After checking in how I asked how long my weight was going to be. I was told it was only going to be about an hour after sitting there for 30 minutes and they hadon’t even started I decided to go to lunch and come back. I ended up spending an hour and a half at Olive Garden. I asked the lady if she would call me when my vehicle was done. Upon arrival It was determined my car still wasn’t finished. I then proceeded to wait an additional 45 minutes. I absolutely hate going there. It’s a joke. Also on the last page of my receipt there was things in red that needed to be addressed with my vehicle which was never discussed with me. More

New care experience. Went looking at new cars and Tim Daniel showed us new Nissan Rogue which we test drove.
