Unfortunately we overlooked (probably due to the sunlight) the dent in the hood of the truck during delivery which I noticed when I got home. I notified Rountree and they offered to repair if I brought back to the dealership but I asked can we find someone local to repair it at their cost because that would be a 250 mile round trip. And I reminded them I chose to deal with them and pass closer dealership but they refused. So they refused to accommodate me as I did them. Not to mention the truck was dirty and they made an excuse on the wash folks. And I paid $1298 fee for preparation. One of the manage said the dent wasn’t there which accusing me of causing the dent. The dent had been there for a while appeared something heavy caused the damage and someone know who did it. All of this hurt deeply and dampened my spirit and soul. I regret purchasing this vehicle from them. More

Truthfully since the Morgan Group has taken over the car lots in Lake City I have had a poor opinion of the franchise. I had three bad experiences with them. The first was at the Chevrolet dealers lot. The lots in Lake City I have had a poor opinion of the franchise. I had three bad experiences with them. The first was at the Chevrolet dealers lot. The second time was when they had the Toyota dealer. Due to these poor interactions, my wife and I decided to go to Gainesville and we went to the Honda dealer which later we found out the Morgan Group bought that franchise. But the salesman promised me that they weren’t like the Lake City dealerships and asked me if I would give him a chance. Which of course he played the same games that you get at high pressure sales dealerships. On June 2 the wife and I decided we would look for a new vehicle. My wife checked online and saw that the Nissan dealer had a Pathfinder that she was very interested in. So we decided to give the Morgan group another chance. This time we were pleasantly surprised on how we were treated by Anthony and Raegan. They both were very friendly and personable. They made the process, very smooth and easy without the pressure games that I was used to the Morgan Group doing. We also appreciated their knowledge of the vehicle that we were purchasing.
