This is my first car purchase and I did not appreciate how the dealers were aggressive and I have been shopping around for a car for over a month now. This is my first car purchase and I did not appreciate how the dealers were aggressive and dismissive. I was prepared to just get a car through an online service and have then deliver is to avoid speaking to one again. I decided to give it one last try and I interested in a vehicle. I was supposed to work with a gentleman I think, but I was transferred to Latrice. I am beyond happy with the service, they are all very friendly and accommodating. I have already recommended this dealership to my roommates and some friends. They went above and beyond to ensure as a team that I was going home happy. Mission accomplished. Thank you! More

( my previous experience - at the dealership in Gainesville- was terrible) everyone I dealt with was so professional and went out of their way to make this pleasant. Austin Cowart was was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing. The general manager was very nice and did everything he could to make the deal work the way I wanted it to. The customer experience lady, Hannah was very nice and helpful and Amber was awesome to work with. Noone was pushy and I never felt pressured to do anything. What an awesome dealership!! More

Especially, Andre Byrd, Sales Professional, and Anisa Dekle, Product Specialist. They were a delight to deal with. They are both true professionals with excellent people skills! Every person I came in contact with acknowledged me and asked if they could help. We were offered snacks and drinks several times and was kept up to date ref. processing of paperwork. I have bought a few cars in my lifetime (70 yoa) and have had experiences which led me to leave the dealership and take my money else where. In this case I was treated in a truly professional manner by all employees I came in contact with. I am so excited about my new Jeep. I have look out in my driveway several times to make sure it is still there and that I am not dreaming. I said new car because when I first saw it I thought it was brand new Jeep. The only problem I had was when my daughter found the exact same car on their inventory list advertised for $3000 less than they sold it to me for. When I called them on it Andrew called me back immediately and explained why they did that instead of just blowing me off. I really love my new to me car. More

I am not happy.. I had to take a day off work.. So I hope when I reschedule I will not have to wait 4 hours again.. More
