Best car shopping experience Andrew is probably the best pleasant auto salesman we have met during my car shopping journey. For the past 2 months I have met many salesmen at many Andrew is probably the best pleasant auto salesman we have met during my car shopping journey. For the past 2 months I have met many salesmen at many dealerships in Jacksonville and Orange Park and spoke with many others as far as Winter Heaven, Daytona and Orlando. After too many empty promises, let downs etc I came across with Andrew. He was very upfront and worked with me for almost a week before I could make the trip to Lake City (I live in Atlantic Beach). We felt it was with it Bought the vehicle during our visit. The only disappointment was that the vehicle was supposed to be wash and detailed inside. It was never done, and that was one of the reasons that we left it one more day. Another salesman that was showing a vehicle feature even noticed and said that they outsourced the detailing services. My advice. Fire them. Because it’s making your dealership look bad. More

Excellent Service Our need for a new vehicle wasn't in the plan for another year. Why it's only a four rating Our sales person was good at doing a fast and fair trade, but not so great at follow up. Was supposed to order and call when a spoiler arrived for installation. Never called although the spoiler had arrived days before we were notified by the general manager that it was there. Our USB stick with all the signed paperwork did not have a readable copy of the bill of sale..apparently, the stick was not checked for errors before turning over to us. The "pre-delivery inspection checklist" has never been filled out...it's still all blank. James Cavitalo was very helpful and fulfilled our expectations of what good follow up service is all about, except for James, we would probably still be waiting on our spoiler, he made our decision to trade with RountreeMoore O.K. again. Hannah did her job with a smile. Gave RM a yes on recommend, but customers should double check everything before leaving, I wish I had. More
