Purchases a Camry 2012 from them. The sales rep advised me to take a loan and not pay cash as I can always payoff anytime. He never told me that there is a 150 dollar penalty for early pay off that I found me to take a loan and not pay cash as I can always payoff anytime. He never told me that there is a 150 dollar penalty for early pay off that I found out when I contacted the loan company. Called the sales rep to see what can be done. He said he is busy and will call back and never did. Called again to talk to branch manager. Their accounting person took the call and told me manager is not available and if he can help. Told him the story and he replied 150 dollar is not a big amount to make fuss about. I insisted to talk to the manager. He took my number and told me the manager will call when he is available. No one ever called back and I ended up paying 150 dollars extra to the lender. If you like this kind of customer service, you are more than welcome to go to this business. I feel more insulted then actually loosing 150 dollars. More

I was pleasantly surprised on how friendly the staff were. no pressure at all. Cammeron Clokey is an excellent salesperson. he was able to explain in details on what the dealership have to offer. he explain it in such a way that anyone off the street can understand.
