I worked with Joel Skaggs to transition from a lease into a new purchased CRV. He did a great job, answered all my questions and went over everything exiting the lease and getting into the new CRV excellentl a new purchased CRV. I had a great experience at Roush with Ken and the rest of the staff. Ken worked with me and was able to think outside of the box so I could get the car I wanted. And get it for me now! This is my 3rd car leased through Roush Honda with 3 different salespersons and each experience has been comfortable, easy, pressure-less, and overall, fantastic! I purchased my first Honda (a Civic) at Roush in 1980. I leased my 5th Honda, a 2020 Accord Hybrid Touring, this week, also at Roush Honda. It was, as expected, an easy and pleasurable experience.
