Great experience buying my first car as Angel and Seth were very friendly and willing to help and answer any questions. The only complaint I had was the process to buy the car took a lot longer than I exp were very friendly and willing to help and answer any questions. I'll start by saying we love our Honda Pilot. The process however was not so much fun. It started off with about a 5 hour test drive/sales paperwork process. We waited for a long time for the $$ dep process however was not so much fun. It started off with about a 5 hour test drive/sales paperwork process. We waited for a long time for the $$ department to take us and sign the paperwork. It had to have a new windshield put in and some additional towing items put on before we picked it up. We paid for it on a Wednesday and was told originally that it would be ready by Saturday. It was not done until the following Tuesday. That was after driving up there on Monday to pick it up as we were told it was finally done and ready, and it had not been cleaned up and was filthy dirty from the maintenance work done. They ended up putting 2 different windshields in the vehicle as the first once would not work with the sensors. We were told they didn't know that a factory Honda windshield had to be used??? so they had to order it after trying the first one. We were a bit surprised this was not a known issue with Honda's. Our sales person Tim Potts was wonderful, patient and very helpful in our purchase. The manager (I think) Ben (not sure of his last name) was also very nice. We appreciate the extra steps they took to make us happy as this is our first Honda vehicle after being Ford Explorer owners for 25 years. More
