Almost Bought a Volvo I was getting my oil changed on my 2017 Accord....I have driven Honda's since 2002, but wanted a change. I had plans to get a new Volvo and talked to Spyros while waiting for my car...long story short, we test drove a new Touring Accord...this car is much more dreamy than I had anticipated. The office space and show room were very clean, and the staff were overall friendly. However the salesman that worked with us was pretty rude. My dad was asking him about pricing, what the dealership could work with (as I still owed on my trade-in) and the salesman was rude to him, stating the dealership does not negotiate pricing. While this may be true-- there's a way it can be said that doesn't come off as rude. He wanted me to test drive one particular CRV and when I declined, he acted like I was stupid. Now, I did tell him I had test drove the same CRV at Germain earlier in the day, and he said rather rudely I needed to test drive THIS CRV because all used cars drive differently. Again, I know this is true. But I had already decided I was not going to buy from him because of how he was speaking to us. His overall attitude towards us just made us both feel like we were bothering him, or that we were not worth his time. It was to the point that when he went to his cubicle to get something I asked my dad if we could just leave. We did. We went back to Germain Honda and bought a car there that day. I have not been to either Roush or Germain Honda prior to this car buying experience, and if I had my choice I would rather call Roush my dealership because it is 20 minutes closer to home. However after my experiences with both dealerships I do not mind driving. Also, I do not see the particular salesman listed. From reading other reviews maybe we just caught one salesman on a bad day. More

Wonderful! Very professional and personable. There was no pressure and they listened to everything we said concercerning our budget, type of car and other issues. Good People Second CR-V EXL we have purchased through Otis. I recently was involved in an Auto Accident which ended up being a total loss on my 2019 CR-V which wa Second CR-V EXL we have purchased through Otis. I recently was involved in an Auto Accident which ended up being a total loss on my 2019 CR-V which was a lease. I was so impressed with my Salesman Otis Tate that when I had to replace my 2019 I immediately contacted Otis to let him know I'll be needing a new one. I initially thought I would try to get another 2019 figuring I might get a better deal getting one that the dealers want to clear off their lot so I also contacted another Honda Dealer. I saw that this other dealership had 113 2019's in stock. They initially balked at giving me a price over the phone, but did finally give in. I asked for a quote on a 2020 as well. Decided the 2020 would be best for us. Initially it appeared that the other dealership was going to be the cheapest, but we really like Otis so I asked if they would match it. Otis got back to me shortly and said they would. We were very happy we would be dealing with Otis again. Otis is honestly just a good person and we really trust him to take care of us. When you deal with Otis you know he has a good heart. We really appreciate that he is not afraid to show his faith by blessing us with a prayer when we are about to drive away in our new beautiful 2020 CR-V. More

My mother, 77 years old, was able to get the vehicle she wanted thanks to Angel Milanov. He went out of his way to make an anxiety free experience for her and myself, her son. I live an hour away - he stay wanted thanks to Angel Milanov. He went out of his way to make an anxiety free experience for her and myself, her son. We started looking for a new Honda two months ago and Spyros took the time to show us a new CRV back then.No pressure, we were just chatting. We came back to the dealership about 3 weeks ago and we talked again. Spyros explained how a lease turn in worked (because we had never leased before the last Honda). He told us to come back after the inspection from Honda. We had our inspection yesterday (it went exactly as Spyros explained it to us). We then immediately made an appointment with Spyros, went to the dealership and I now have a new 2020 Honda Accord LX! Neat , clean and very simple. The best part was there was no pressure to buy and his explanation of the new features was great. A terriffic experience! More
