Spyros Tabone was so helpful to me. He was not pushy at all and very patient and understanding explaining everything that I needed to know about leasing a new Honda. I Could tell he cared about doing the best for his customers. Not only was that important to me , I could tell it was important to him also. He is a very kind person and because of the excellent service from Spyros and everyone else who helped with the leasing process, I will recommend Roush Honda to anyone I know looking for a new car. Its a great dealership with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere! More

Tim was ever knowledgeable on everything to do with financing and informed us on the best options to fit our needs. Terry was outstanding. He made me feel like I wasnt dealing with a salesperson. He really made it feel like I was talking to and dealing with a trusted family member. He even went over the finer details of the vehicle and helped me get moved into my new vehicle. OUTSTANDING guys! I'll definitely recommend Roush to family and friends because of these two. More

This was my 2nd experience car shopping with Roush and I would send anyone looking for a Honda (used or new) to them. From the first visit of test driving (no dealer in the car), to our last visit of signing the paperwork, everything was made very easy. My favorite part was that there was no haggling involved because we were given the best price the very first time. We visited another Honda dealer who quoted us $168/monthly more for the same vehicle, same amount down, same everything. When we told this competitor we had received a much better quote, they admitted it was a "screaming" deal. That was exactly what we needed to hear. Car shopping is a big investment and can be intimidating, but Jeff and Lee at Roush made it very easy and not intimidating at all. I needed to "shop" to make sure I had received the right price, and they definitely proved it! Our monthly payment was even $10 less than the original quote when we signed the paperwork. Both my husband and I agree we are extremely happy with our new Pilot and our entire experience leading us to it. I would recommend Jeff and Roush Honda to anyone car shopping! More

Their reputation holds STRONG! My wife has purchased her last 3 or 4 vehicles through roush and always raves about their service and team. When I saw that they had my dream vehicle in stock (jeep wrangler big bear edition) I reached out to Cameron who my wife had worked with in the past and he directed me to Tim over in used sales. From the beginning until the end of the purchase Tim was all class, we got along real well, he had some good stories, their was zero pressure, and most of all understood how important this vehicle purchase was going to be and made sure I was squared away. This being my first time working with roush I was truly impressed with everyone I talked to, (Ray and Seth who helped me understand numbers, Ray is a jeep guy as well, he had some good advice as far as the wrangler itself goes) also the guys detailing my vehicle, I didnt catch their names but I got a chance to have a brief chat with one of them while he was cleaning the wrangler up for me. More
