Excellent Experience! We wanted a new 3-row SUV. We had two Buick Enclaves, very good cars, but we wanted a change. We took our time and test drove Subaru, Volkswagen, Mazd We wanted a new 3-row SUV. We had two Buick Enclaves, very good cars, but we wanted a change. We took our time and test drove Subaru, Volkswagen, Mazda, Toyota, Acura and Honda. Roush Honda was recommended by Costco Auto Program. Jeff Hape was our sales rep. He took the time to work with us and answer our many questions in a timely manner. He made the whole experience enjoyable, and we appreciated all the time he took with us. Will, the finance guy, was also great. We were short on time when we picked up our car, and it was ready to go when we arrived! We were told this is the only employee-owned car dealership in the U.S., and it is a good one! Two sales reps from other dealers actually mentioned Jeff by name when we told them we were comparing their vehicles with a Honda Pilot from Roush! That was amazing--never in our experience had another sales rep for a different company mentioned a competitor by name, but two of the other dealers mentioned Jeff Hape and Roush Honda and said they were a good person and a good organization. We agree! More

While I had never bought a certified car before, and did not know much about the benefits of doing so, Rob was able to explain this all to me in a way that never struck me as salesy.
