Excellent Personal Service I went to Roush to test drive a CRV in preparation for the end of my Infiniti lease. I was not intending to buy, however my salesman Angel was so acco I went to Roush to test drive a CRV in preparation for the end of my Infiniti lease. I was not intending to buy, however my salesman Angel was so accommodating and friendly that I couldn’t resist. Although I was looking for a new vehicle I ended up purchasing a beautiful 2016 CRV with very low mileage. This car is much nicer and better riding than the Infiniti. I’m so glad I stopped in. The only issue I had was the amount of time I had to wait to complete the deal. The dealership was very busy! More

We knew exactly what I wanted and Jim was kind enough to show us a second similar one that we hadn't seen online. He seemed a little awkward at first, but warmed up quick enough. He was very helpful in getting a low interest rate and making sure we had all the information. Seth was awesome with getting us a low interest rate and getting us through the paperwork, making us comfortable throughout. More

First car under 80,000 miles After graduating from Ohio State Sunday, I made the decision to purchase something to replace my 2008 Honda Accord with 163,000 miles. I contacted someone in the Used department to see if there were any CPO Civic Hatchbacks in the EX-L model or above. Unfortunately, there were no CPO Civics on the lot that were what I was looking for. My fiance and I made the decision to look at new Civics and I'm so glad we did! We actually worked with Joe a few weeks ago when we first started looking for a new vehicle for me. At that visit Joe let us test drive a new Civic Hatchback. My experience confirmed my interest in buying the hatchback model. This time we went in looking for a EX-L, but there was only 1 on the lot and it was a color I didn't want. My fiance and I then expressed interest in the sonic gray color which Roush did not have on the lot. Joe ran a search and found one in Dayton, but it had a bunch of add-ons that would have cost more money. Joe then helped me get a good deal on a 2019 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring in metallic grey. He also was very helpful in showing me all the new features in my vehicle. It was a jump from my 2008 Accord. The only part of my experience I wasn't impressed with was financing. I brought $20,000 cash and received $2,600 for my trade. I only needed to finance $8,500 for my almost $30,000 vehicle. The guy in finance made a comment to me that "Honda wouldn't normally buy this deal, but because you put 20k down they were willing to buy it". This is after the guy had showed me that my credit score was 784/900. Apparently my credit card that I pay off monthly wasn't good enough for him. He also was very pushy in trying to get me to buy extra warranties. For someone that had never taken out a loan the experience was stressful because of the pushing, but also because he kept having issues with the computer and kept printing out new final numbers for me to sign off on. At one point the guy had $19,000 in taxes on my new car! Despite my experience in finance, I would still buy from Roush. This was my second purchase and I have always been impressed by the New and Used departments, as well as Roush's service department. I hope to work with Joe again in the future. More

I didn't feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable at any time during the purchase process. My sales rep, Jeff Ward, was easy going, listened to my needs and made some good recommendations. Once I test drove and made my decision, Jeff talked me through the process was it was very streamlined. Jeff worked with Finance to get me the lease price I was looking for and the buyout of my previous Honda. Karen Mathews was wonderful to work with in finance and made sure I understood and knew all additional options that were available to me. Once all was complete, they had the car detailed and ready for me to drive off the lot. Jeff showed me all of the features that I was unfamiliar with and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Overall, I would recommend Roush to anyone looking at their options and most of all the wonderful customer service that everyone provided from start to finish. I sat down with John Newton and t As soon as I walked into the dealership I felt comfortable, I was not aggressively approached like most dealerships! I sat down with John Newton and told him exactly what I was looking for, and he actually listened (unlike other dealerships I’ve gone to!) he told me what was realistic for my budget and got me into a 2019 Honda Civic lease for under the price range I was looking for! I was in and out within an hour with an approval for a lease. I came back the next day to pick up the Civic, it had a full tank of gas and that wonderful new car smell. I signed off on my paperwork with Will in finance who was also very great! John went over all of the awesome features of the car with me before I left the lot. I could not be happier with my experience. I will certainly continue to visit John at Roush for my next leases/purchases! Thank you so much, John! More
