Jeff Ward was the member of the sales team that took my call and was very kind and professional from our first interaction. We were able to come to an agreement over the phone and my wife and I planned a trip to the dealership over three hours away to pick up and purchase the automobile. This experience was flawless. They took time to make sure that we were 100% satisfied, answered all of our questions, made sure the vehicle was in perfect condition.
