Honda actually wasn't my first choice for a new vehicle, but after test driving other vehicles and talking with friends who are Honda owners, I called Lexy on Monday and said, "I'm going with a Honda, but because I keep my car a long time, I'm going to hold out for my first color choice, even if I have to wait." To my surprise and delight, I had my new blue CR-V a week later. No high pressure sales tactics, which I appreciated. I haven't worked with the Roush Service Department employees yet, but have heard good things, so I expect more great service! More

The vehicle needed some paint work prior to our coming to look at it. Steve kept us informed on the paint work progress. Because Steve knew our journey to the dealership would take several hours, he vowed to closely evaluate the paint work prior to our coming. He said, "If I don't think you'll be satisfied with it, I'll return your deposit and save you a trip." When the paint work was complete, Steve didn't oversell how it looked. I was actually a bit skeptical about following through because I was concerned it wouldn't meet our expectations. However, when we saw the car our jaws dropped. The quality of the paint work, and the presentation of the vehicle, far exceeded our expectations. Steve had under-promised, and that made the experience even more positive because of our surprise at the vehicle quality. We purchased the vehicle on a busy Saturday afternoon, and although it took quite a while to complete the paperwork process, we felt the dealership worked diligently to complete our deal, knowing we faced a several hour drive home. Despite the distance, when we're ready for our next Honda, Steve and Roush will be our first contact. More

Bullsh*t I took my CRV in to get some work done the end of Sept and everyone was real nice and seemed to be honest BUT after spending over 1400 i got my car ba I took my CRV in to get some work done the end of Sept and everyone was real nice and seemed to be honest BUT after spending over 1400 i got my car back and ended up having it towed after only a week or so of getting it back, so after that i dropped it back off and they had it for another week and i spent ANOTHER 1100 on a saturday afternoon and spent ANOTHER 1700 well needless to say i had to call them and return the car AGAIN this past monday not even 48hrs later so needless to say IM PISSED still dont have my car back and i refuse to pay anymore im done listening to their xx JUST FIX MY TRUCK AND GET IT BACK TO ME ALL READY oh ya and on top of everything else the last bill they gave me i was told it was just under $1700 and when i arrived and went to pay and they said that it was just shy of 2000 so i brought it to their attention and they were like "ya your right we did over charge you" like really xxx seriously? How much did they over charge me on the other 2 bills More

Purchase of 2018 Honda Odessey Lee Cohen was friendly, professional and very helpful! He took ample time to explain all the new technology and features in the van. Got two cars My wife and I came to Roush to check into leasing a car and was very pleasantly surprised with the price and the fact that we could get a Civic for th My wife and I came to Roush to check into leasing a car and was very pleasantly surprised with the price and the fact that we could get a Civic for that price. Our salesperson Jan took a lot of time with us explaining everything and was very patient. She seemed to be very concerned that we get all the facts before we make a decision and did not pressure or rush us at all. After seeing the price we leased a Civic that day. We came back several days later and actually bought an Accord since the financing was such a great rate and Jan was again very helpful, staying way after the place had closed to make sure we had all of the information needed. We came to Roush because of the excellent reputation of the service department (Doug Gunn in particular, a great serviceman) but would recommend the sales department as well and Jan Wilkins, our salesperson who was top notch. The two finance men we worked with were also excellent and made the process as painless as it could have been. Roush Honda sure seems to be a quality business. We did check with John Hinderer and Lindsay and neither seemed to be able to present quite the professionalism that Roush did, and I was a former Hinderer customer. I look forward to your excellent service on our cars. Thank you. More
