Mr. Pete Kelley was our Customer Service Advisor, and he was very friendly and efficient. He was very candid and realistic in his time estimate for our vehicle, and expedited alternate transportation for us. He updated me about the status of the repair, and was genuinely interested in our satisfaction! I do not know which repair experts worked on our car, but the problem was determined and repaired before the originally estimated time of completion. The Roush Honda service department is the BEST auto service and repair team with whom I have ever dealt !! Eric More

So glad I picked Roush to buy my new car! I haven't bought a new car for over 30 years and was expecting to battle over price and financing. I went in worried I couldn't get the deal done and drive my car away before I went to work. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive great service from a courteous and knowledgeable staff. Spyro Tabone gave me a fair and solidly good price on my HRV EX. We went for a test drive and he demonstrated some of the HRV features then turned the wheel over to me to drive. He also took me through the vehicle from back to front explaining everything I asked and more. Rich Broderick did a fabulous job helping me secure financing. Since I had to get to work that day, he worked especially hard to get the paperwork done so I could get on my way and not be late. The service department was also helpful and efficient. My new care looked beautiful when it was presented to me. I thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience at Roush Honda! More

When my husband told me I was getting a NEW car, I panicked. Driving a keyless car, dashboard with maps and all kinds of radio stations,,heat and fan control at the push of a button, and no phone near me -just push a button to answer or make a call..... I thought " how can I do all this?" John Newton and Richard Miller were so patient with me. Richard spent over two hours explaining all these fine points to me and letting me try them out to be sure I understood . He encouraged me to come back and he would teach me more! Never once did I feel rushed . Instead of feeling scarred, I was having a GOOD time! I LOVE my Civic. It's so easy to drive!!
