Everyone--the receptionists, sales people, and finance people--were extremely pleasant and professional. Shawn took a lot of time with me, and I feel like he and John Newton treated me very fairly. We dread it every time, yet our experience on May 21, 2016 with Shawn Risner at Roush Honda has changed our perspective. We know in the future we will be contacting Shawn Risner for our car buying needs. Shawn Risner stood out in the following ways: - He demonstrated a no pressure attitude during the entire process. He respected where we were at and discussed with us the best options to meet our goals. - He was transparent and honest. - He was professional, yet had a great sense of humor. - He was patient with all of our questions. ( My husband asked a lot of questions.) - His interaction with his co-worker was extraordinary as he told one of his co-workers who was getting keys, “I appreciate you.” - Lastly, we believe he is not “your typical car salesman”. He is not focus on the sale as he is focus on making sure we were comfortable and confident with our choice. He reminded us “I focus on the both of you because this is a big purchase for you both.” Wow!!! This perspective and attitude was maintained during the entire process- which illustrates integrity. I can’t say enough about Shawn Risner and the above does not do justice in what your experience will be. We drove one hour to work with him because from his first interaction till the last we knew we were in good hands as our feelings, goals and needs were always #1. Lots of dealerships respect that in theory but not so much in practice, bombarding us with lots of passive aggressive "hey, if you don't like it, you can always trade it in two years!", "there will never be another deal like this, if I were you, I'd jump on it now!", and sales people that are suddenly not available on subsequent visits (but the new kid they just hired last week will be free shortly if you don't mind sitting over there and waiting... waiting... waiting...). To replace our 12 year old Accord, we were looking at VW Jettas and Passats, Subaru Legacy sedans, and Honda Accords. We met Cameron Dean early in our Honda process and were delighted every step of the way with him. He was pleasant to spend time with, forthcoming, knowledgeable, and never telegraphed even the slightest impatience, frustration or inner eye roll. On top of that, our comprehensive experience with the upper mid-range of dealerships in the Columbus area makes us completely comfortable stating that Roush's facility and customer lounge area are the best. All around top notch experience! (And yes, we love our 2016 Accord!) More

As a prior Odyssey owner, Lee took the perfect amount of time showing us what we needed to know about the vehicle updates and options. It was clear that he knew all the details about the vehicle, and he would share as much as we needed to help with the decision. Lee was professional, respectful, pleasant and honest. All the things you expect to get from a salesperson but seldom come across. The experience throughout the buying process until I drove home the new car was smooth and timely and left us satisfied we made the right decision. I would recommend Roush and Lee Cohen to anyone shopping for a new Honda. More

I had family members and friends say great things about this particular dealership. It was the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. My Salesman, Richie Phillips, made the whole car buying experience as easy as possible. He was able to help me get a lot of the necessary paperwork done online or over the phone. The one time I physically went to the dealership, I did a test drive then bought the car. Here's where I was most impressed. I was orginallly looking for a Civic but after a few conversations with Richie he presented me with a different car he felt would suit my needs better. In our conversations, he picked up on the fact that I'm in my car a lot for work and decided to show me an Accord. I loved it! Richie thought since I was in the car most of my day I could use the extra room. He was right and I'm glad he's very good at his job! I can't forget to mention Christina Baird. She is so sweet and lovely. She's a great addition to the Roush family. Thank you both Richie and Christina! I'm still gushing about my experience because of you guys. More
