Dealership, especially Shawn and Joe, went above and beyond I knew the exact vehicle down to the color I wanted to look at when I came in. I had done my homework on the Odyssey and thought I had a pretty good idea of what it had to offer. Shawn surprised me as he went over the vehicle with an extensive knowledge of the model I wanted and its features. He told me about things that I didn't find in any of my research. The best part of the experience was how comfortable he made my wife feel about the purchase we were about ready to make. We left the dealership headed over to Toyota (which is what we have always bought in the past) knowing that I would be coming back to buy the Odyssey. Joe made sure that we left happy with our new Odyssey. He did everything that he could to give us the best deal possible. He is a former Marine and is military friendly.
