Excellent customer service My daughter's civic died on the way to work and my husband and I went to wait with her for the tow truck. We had it towed to Rousch and while leaving My daughter's civic died on the way to work and my husband and I went to wait with her for the tow truck. We had it towed to Rousch and while leaving the site we ran over something and lost air in our tire. After checking her car in, my husband asked the service guy about help with our tire and was told nothing could be done. While we were trying to pump the tire up ourselves with an air compressor, Norm Nolder came over and asked if he could help us. He took the vehicle to the back and tried to put air in the tire, but it wouldn't hold. He then took it and got it next in line to see if it could be plugged. They were able to plug the tire and we were on our way. Thanks so much Norm!! You made a difficult situation so much better. We greatly appreciated your help! Another Great Experience Buying a Car From Roush Having already purchased five cars from Roush (3 new and 2 used), I had high expectations when I went to purchase a used Audi Q5 from the dealership. Having already purchased five cars from Roush (3 new and 2 used), I had high expectations when I went to purchase a used Audi Q5 from the dealership. I worked with Lori Strohofer, and was not disappointed. First, I enjoyed being able to test drive the vehicle by myself. I tested it on various roads, and stopped to give it a thorough review. Since this wasn't a Honda, I also appreciated their honesty in explaining they did not know much about the technical details of the vehicle. I also enjoyed receiving their best deal without all the back and forth haggling. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, there were a few things I asked them to attend to, and they were completed by closing. The car was ready and waiting when I showed up. All in all, I enjoyed working with Lori and am very happy with my "new" car. I would recommend Roush and Lori to anyone looking for new or used vehicles. More
