Painless and accomodating My wife leased our first Honda (Odessey) in May 2015 and mentioned to Leigh during the transaction that I would be in the market myself very soon. Last week I emailed him my interests and was given a quick response answering all the questions. I returned a couple days later and leased a new Accord. The transaction was handled quickly and to my satisfaction and returned within two hours to pickup the car. The dealership and Leigh were a pleasure to do business with. Prior to May - I hadnt purchased a new car since 2001 - and this transaction is changed my opinion about car dealers and salesman - I hope these changes are permanent. BTW - i neither saw nor drove the car I leased prior to the transaction - like - how often does that happen? The finance guy must have been new - but was excellent too More

I have purchased four new cars and two used cars from this dealership over the last 15 years. My most recent experience purchasing a used Honda Civic involved Lori Strohofer. My daughter was in a terrible car accident and her Honda Civic (purchased at Roush Honda 18 months ago) was totaled. We needed another vehicle quickly so I sent Lori an email asking her to look for another car. Lori called me back that same day and asked me a few questions about what I wanted. Less than 24 hours later, she had found a 2008 Honda Civic for me to consider. Another 48 hours later, my daughter and I had signed the papers and purchased the car.
