For this transaction we had a trade-in, and I felt that the value was more than fair. Having the car serviced at the dealership was a good experience and made trading it in after 3 years really easy since they had all the maintenance records. We set up a tim My wife and I were looking for a newer used vehicle, at least 2012. I had called Roush the day before we came out and spoke to Brooke. We set up a time and met Brooke the next day, Brooke was very polite and showed us the Civics she thought we might like based on my online search the night before. We test drove a Civic and fell in love with it and the price was right considering only 25k miles. Brooke explained Roush is one of the few remaining Honda dealerships that are still actually certifying the pre-owned vehicles due to stricter standards by Honda. We bought the Civic but there was no pressure at all and all personnel we met were very polite. I have already recommended Roush to my sister and brother in law as they will be looking soon. I would certainly recommend Roush as one of your first stops. More

Painless experience, very grateful! This was a pretty good experience, and I hate buying cars. We basically decided which car we wanted and how much we wanted to spend before going in, a This was a pretty good experience, and I hate buying cars. We basically decided which car we wanted and how much we wanted to spend before going in, and got pre-approved through our bank. So it was a relatively simple matter of driving that car and making a deal. They came down a few hundred dollars to reach our max price point (we didn't attempt to hard-ball b/c we knew the value of the vehicle and it was a fair offer), and they gave us a very fair price on our trade-in. The only 'hitch' was that our pre-approval meant we had to take paperwork back to our bank and then back again to get the car, and that they really really worked us to get us to go through their financing (mildly irritating). Which would have been so much easier, though I have no idea how it would've affected our rate. I would probably do that next time though, now that I know they could get us a loan through our preferred lender. Extreme nit-picks: Kind of a run-down showroom and I'm admittedly sensitive to things like that... but yeah, I feel like they could spiff it up a bit. And they didn't offer us any beverage when we were there, which would've been nice. Overall I'd do business with them again. I'm a fan of low-key and this was that! More
