Went from very upset to happy I bought a 2012 Civic. Had a few scratches and slightly beat up, then half the horn didn't work, then I found a dent with rust on the trunk, THEN it o I bought a 2012 Civic. Had a few scratches and slightly beat up, then half the horn didn't work, then I found a dent with rust on the trunk, THEN it overheated. All in 5 days and I just got a 5 yr loan on the car... I was really upset and I made sure they knew it. My salesman, Vince, continued to treat me with respect, and he made sure, despite how unhappy I was with the vehicle after driving it off the lot, that everything was set straight. They didn't just fix what caused the car to overheat, but they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with a car I had begun to regret purchasing... In the end, they set me up with some wheels to use while they patched up my car, and the level of service I got from Vince and the service department restored my faith in the dealership. I would absolutely recommend Roush honda because they have proven that the customer is a priority, and if you're looking for a used car, I would highly recommend the salesman I bought my car from. Vince breaks the mold as far as salesmen go... He actually cares. And that's worth something. More

He took such good care of us two years ago that it was a no-brainer for us to work with him again.
