Great Experience! I came to Roush after visiting several other Central Ohio dealerships. I called the dealership to inquire about a specific vehicle and was connected to Brooke Diedrich. She answered all my questions and agreed to come in several hours after her day officially ended. Brooke had a packet with all the vehicle information and the Pilot was inside so I could look at it out of the cold. The next day she came in on her day off and showed the vehicle to my family. The day I finalized everything she had all the paperwork in place and spent about a half hour sitting in the vehicle making sure I was up to speed on all the functions. Finance department did a good job as well. Brooke did a great job answering all my questions and providing a pressure free sale. More

Josh was very patient with us as we looked at all the features and was very helpful in answering our questions as we made our decisions. We originally went to Roush a few months ago to start our car search. Josh followed up with a phone call to us and offered assistance then or whenever we were ready to proceed.
