We've never owned a Honda but once we test drove the 2015 CRV, it quickly went to the top as the best vehicle we had driven! Roush Honda treated us very well, from our first introduction to Deanna to Lee Cohen, who walked us through the process and made this a great buying experience! It's not your typical auto dealer feel..maybe because its employee owned and everyone has a vested interest in ensuring your complete satisfaction. Lee also did a great job explaining the features of our new vehicle(we were seriously behind in technology) and left completely satisfied with every aspect of the transaction! More

(We only wanted a CRV but we were mesmerized by the new 2016 HRV's so came back the next day and traded our Acura TL in on one of the first 6 HRV's sold by Roush. Poor Service I was having issues with my Honda Fit 2008 running smoothly. Whenever I would drive it would stutter and at traffic lights and when I would be stopped I was having issues with my Honda Fit 2008 running smoothly. Whenever I would drive it would stutter and at traffic lights and when I would be stopped in traffic it would often stall completely and I would have to shut off my car and restart it. I had taken it there 6 months earlier for a similar problem in which they replaced ignition coils #1 and #4. Since the parts were still under warranty they told me to bring it back to see if the parts were still the problem. I dropped my Honda off on a Monday evening for their drop in service since it was unsafe for my car to be stalling in the middle of intersections. They said they would call me to let me know when they were able to get it in. I got my first call Wednesday evening reporting that their technicians were unable to get it to repeat then issue and asking if they could have another day to drive the car to see if they could get it to repeat the problem. I got this same call on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday I did not get a call and Sunday they were closed. My husband and I had been sharing a car and we needed my car by Monday because I was starting a new job. I called and they asked if they could test drive it again but I told them we just needed the car so they got it ready. Anyway my husband got in the car and by the first traffic light he got to on Shrock rd my car was displaying the problem. My guess is that they couldn't have even have sat in my car or they are just idiots. Anyway, my husband who has no background in car repairs googled the issues and watched a few YouTube videos. Picked up some coils at AutoZone for $80 and fixed my car in a matter of hours. Either get some new technicians or stop lying to customers that you are actually working on their cars and just tell them you are backed up and haven't gotten to it yet. We won't be back. The only positive thing is that they didn't charge us for the "work" that they did on my car. More

Lori was very easy to talk to, engaging, knowledgable and professional. After making my selection, the purchasing/financing process was a smooth transition from the selection process with the help of Tim Senek. Tim was detailed oriented to keep me comfortable with the entire car buying experience. I found the dealership to be clean, visually appealing, maintaining a good inventory to meet customer needs and the employees I observed were polite, professional and clearly identified with company dress attire. I gave Roush a Five Star rating because a Six Star rating was not available! Thanks for the positive car buying experience. More
