My 2nd Honda in 7 plus years from Roush Honda, Westerville I knew I liked the service department, body shop and facilities at Rousch. When it was time to buy I compared this company to others in the City. Co I knew I liked the service department, body shop and facilities at Rousch. When it was time to buy I compared this company to others in the City. Columbus has great cars and dealerships but I have to say that this Honda Dealership wins overall. I worked with Matt Thompson for both purchases over 7 years. I have worked with Sarah Bortz most times in the service area. I have worked with the Body Shop 2 or 3 times when my cars "were hit" and they also get great ratings from me. Those who I talked with this time (when I needed to find a replacement car within 2 weeks!!!!) were Matt/Sales, Bob/New Car Mgr, (even talked to Casey / New Car Mgr. twice), Ricky (?) in the body shop was has helpful as he could be - good!, and even talked to the lady who does online car info. Oh yes - I called the 2 ladies at the switchboard numerous times and they get 5 stars also! PS yes this car won also in the online ratings and tied with one other car in owner preferences. ..... It seemed Honda owners came back to "Honda". More
