I've been a Roush customer since 2011 and will never go to another dealership. I recently was involved in a bad accident where my 2009 Accord was totalled. I called Pat Hannahs who I did business with before. His main focus was to get me the right car and not to worry about the price of the car. Once I picked out my car Pat made sure the price of my car was right. Hands down Roush is an OUTSTANDING dealership from the Sales Department all the way to the Service Department. The small fee to get a rental as well as Hofidence is in heard of in Columbus. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. I always recommend my friends and family to Roush. More

Roush Honda was very competitive on price, had the vehicle in stock I wanted and made the transaction seamless. My golden retriever was present during the delivery of the vehicle and he was more than welcome at the dealership. Great experience I had been having very unsettling car problems for about 6 months before deciding I couldn't deal with it anymore. My car, a 10 year old Ford, was sta I had been having very unsettling car problems for about 6 months before deciding I couldn't deal with it anymore. My car, a 10 year old Ford, was stalling and losing power and for the longest time the Ford dealership couldnt figure out what was wrong. Even after getting it fixed I was still afraid to drive the car so I was looking into a newer one. My ex-husband and I had a 1990 Accord that ran until 2007 when it was in an accident and was totaled so I knew Honda was a great car. I went to Roush because that was where that Accord came from, also his used Civic and because I have lived in Westerville since 1985 and know the company and their reputation for great service. I went in at 10:30 Wednesday morning 11/5 and drove off the lot at 3pm( after leaving for a lunch break) in my new used (CPO) car. Richard Beard was great, I told him what I was looking for and he pointed me to a car with very low miles that met my requirements. It was a very pleasant experience and since Richard is also from Westerville we talked about a lot of local things while getting things sorted out. The financing part was quick and easy and explained very well. I havent had a car payment in 10 years and even tho I will now have one for the next 5 years I know the car will last a lot longer than that. More

I applied on-line and put down the type of car I was looking for. I was promptly called by Don and he recommended I look into a Honda Fit. He had me test driving one the next day (which I promptly purchased). He made sure I knew about all my options (financing, etc) without the high-pressure sales. Joe in Finance was also great to work with and explained my loan clearly and concisely. I drove my new used car off the lot that day. Best car-buying experience I have ever had. More

"Best car experience i ever had" I purchased my new Honda on October 20,2014 at Roush. the reason I went there friends said there service department was excellent. I have owned a Honda before & loved it great cars. my experience at Roush was perfect. My salesperson Josh applied no pressure at anytime. He went over all my options, gave me a fair trade for my car. He went over all the new gadgets in the car. I have even called him about something I did not understand stopped by & he answered by questions. When I'm ready to buy again I will go to Roush again & would recommend them to my friends. Did mention I love the car!!!! More
