I initially began working with Jim Hartsook several weeks ago as I began my hunt for a used Honda that my wife would feel comfortable with. Being a Honda "lifer", I was already familiar with the quality tha ago as I began my hunt for a used Honda that my wife would feel comfortable with. Being a Honda "lifer", I was already familiar with the quality that most have come to expect in Honda's. Although I was unable to find something on my first visit with Jim, he was able to provide some great insight and direction as I continued my search. My second visit with Roush, Jim Hartsook was off work; however, Tom Miller stepped up to the plate and was instrumental in ultimately putting my wife and I the wondering Accord we purchased. SInce we ran out of time with Tom, we were able to finish the process with Jim and make a terrific and fair deal. No high pressure sales and no "I have to feed my kids" sales pitches. Roush has earned life long customers if this is the experience they continue to provide. Richie did all the paper work to get us a refund on the unused part of our warrenty on the Honda that we traded in for our latest purchase.
