I initially began working with Jim Hartsook several weeks ago as I began my hunt for a used Honda that my wife would feel comfortable with. My second visit with Roush, Jim Hartsook was off work; however, Tom Miller stepped up to the plate and was instrumental in ultimately putting my wife and I the wondering Accord we purchased. SInce we ran out of time with Tom, we were able to finish the process with Jim and make a terrific and fair deal. No high pressure sales and no "I have to feed my kids" sales pitches.
