I was afraid the financing process would be several extra sales pitches to guilt me into spending more money, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was not pushed to buy anything extra and he found me a great bank to finance my car loan. The overall car buying experience was easier and better than I anticipated. My recent experience at Roush Honda was my first, and I was very pleased. I had heard good things from a friend who had recently purchased a new Honda there. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and the consultant I worked with took good care of me. He was flexible and service-oriented, and though he is a salesman in the end, I did not feel pressured. I also like the personal warranty Roush has; it really shows a commitment to Honda and their customers. I intend always to return to Roush to service my vehicle, and I would recommend them to car buyers. More

I did not buy my 2010 Honda Accord Coupe from Roush Honda. But when I inadvertently locked my keys in my trunk (and the car was locked), I called the closest Honda dealer nearby, which was Roush, to se Honda. Within a half hour roadside assistance was at my car and had it open for me...FREE OF CHARGE! And the gentleman who helped me, Mike, was so friendly. I am grateful to them for their help. We found the staff at Roush to be extremely professional, which we appreciate. We were certainly encouraged to buy a car at Roush we did not feel pressured or that we were being given a canned sales pitch. which we appreciate.
