Jim was great. He didn't give me the normal run around I've experienced at other dealerships. The one where you give them what you want to pay, then they go in the back to talk to their manager ab around I've experienced at other dealerships. They were responsive to all my questions and kept me informed while I waited for delivery. Lindsey Honda kept stringing me along and wouldn't give me a straight answer. I suggest you not waste your time with them. Hugh While was better but didn't seem like they wanted my business which surprised me. Roush got me exactly I wanted! They arranged for a "dealer swap" where they found the exact car in production that was part of another dealer's allocation but not promised to anyone in particular. Roush swapped one from their allocation with the same features but a different color. They made it happen and their was no additional charge to me. The others wanted to sell me what they had in stock or charge me extra to find what I wanted. If I'm spending that kind of money, I expect much better service. Bottom line: Roush delivered and the others didn't. More

The next day, we viewed the - like new - Certified 2011 Honda CR-V 4WD EX, drove it six miles, and returned to tell Dave "we'll take it." On day three, we bought the CR-V; the Roush Business Office (Sean) cruised us through required paperwork; Dave oriented us to all the vehicle operating features; and we drove the still-new-smelling EX home. Buying a used vehicle of one's desires doesn't get any better than this experience. Ken (and Carol) P.S.
